LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
We act in accordance with National and International Laws and other relevant laws, other conditions that our institution is obliged to comply with, respecting the legal legislation and the rule of law in all our product and service processes.
Suitability for Persons with Disabilities
Our hotel is not suitable for the use of disabled people. Our rooms and entrances are not suitable for the use of disabled people.
The Safety of Our Stakeholders and Investment in People
All our stakeholders are our most valuable asset.
The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and even all our stakeholders is our priority. Continuous trainings are provided to all our employees to increase health and safety awareness, risks are constantly reviewed, and we follow and meticulously apply technological developments aimed at reducing risks in line with developing conditions.
All stakeholders have the freedom of opinion and belief, and we do not discriminate against anyone on issues such as language, religion, race, gender, social class, age and union membership. The protection of human rights is our basic rule.
GUEST SATISFACTION
Our guests are the reason we exist. We ensure to follow up all guest suggestions and complaints from all kinds of sources, to resolve complaints in accordance with the code of ethical conduct and to turn complaints into opportunities for ourselves by informing our guests about this in a transparent manner.

In all our activities, we show sensitivity to preventing environmental pollution by adopting the commitment to protecting the natural environment as a principle and using our resources in the most efficient way, making them harmless to nature by reducing our waste amount within the scope of zero waste and recycling the generated ones, reducing climate change and protecting biodiversity and ecosystem.

In order to provide services in accordance with Food Safety principles, we are constantly improving food safety management system conditions throughout the food chain by keeping hygiene conditions at the forefront.

We are aware of our contribution to the local economy, so we give priority to local suppliers who prioritize product and service quality when choosing our suppliers. For sustainable tourism, we make environmentally friendly purchases that produce less energy, water, waste.
